Cute As A Button! Kid Contest

It is time to have some fun and show off your
adorable children as I know you all have!

To Enter:

1. Schedule a mini portrait session for your child(ren) with a contest entry fee of $30 per child. (Session(s) must be completed by April 30, 2010 to qualify. Limited entries, contingent on my availability. First come first serve basis!)
2. Sign a model release form.
3. One image of your child(ren) will be selected for the contest and posted to my blog.
4. Voting will begin on May 1, 2010 and will be open until May 8, 2010.
5. The winner will be announced on May 11th!

The winning child's family will receive:

• A complimentary portrait session of their choice to be used within the year 2010. ($125 value, please see my website regarding policies of what is included in the value of the session fee, other extra fees may apply.)
• A $50 gift card towards prints or a future photo session.
• Their image will also be featured on C. Bayless | Photography & Design website, blog, facebook, promotional material, publications, etc.

Rules:

1. Only one entry per child.
2. Child must be between the ages of 0-12 years old on the date the session is completed.
3. $30 entry fee is due the date you book your mini session(s) to hold your scheduled appointment. (Each mini session is approximately 30 minutes, focused on head shots. Entry fee applies per child. Mileage charge of $1.00 per mile over 50 miles from office location in Zimmerman, MN still applies for on-location mini sessions.)
4. A model release form must be signed for each child participating in the contest.
5. Sessions must be completed by April 30, 2010 to qualify.
6. Send your family, friends, colleagues, anyone you know... a link to my blog so they can become a follower of C. Bayless | Photography & Design Blog to vote for their favorite photo (Which would be yours, of course!)
   
7. Only one vote allotted per person.
   
8. Votes start May 1st as soon as they are posted on my blog. Votes must be submitted by 11:55 pm on May 8, 2010. Any votes received after 11:55 pm on May 8, 2010 will not be counted. (Reminder only one vote per person!)
9. To place your vote, please leave a comment to the contest blog post with the number or name of the child you are voting for. Please do not use the “anonymous” option. If you do not have a gmail, blogger, or OpenID account, please use the “Name/URL” feature and *not*anonymous. This will help to ensure people are not voting more than once. Please vote fair and honestly. (NOTE ANY ANONYMOUS VOTES WILL NOT BE COUNTED)
10. The winner will be announced on May 11th!
